Discovery
For a real problem where fit, scope or the authority boundary is not yet clear.
- Mission and problem framing
- Initial governance boundary
- Fit / no-fit decision
- No guaranteed written deliverable
BPM does not use an open calendar or instant checkout for advisory work. The mission is qualified first; commercial terms, payment or procurement, and private booking follow only when the engagement is accepted.
For a real problem where fit, scope or the authority boundary is not yet clear.
For an active architecture, governance, infrastructure or validation decision that requires focused senior-level reasoning.
For work that must move beyond discussion into bounded validation, acceptance gates and evidence capture.
The commercial path is intentionally sequential so scope, authority and obligations are explicit before either side commits time or money.
Mission, problem, decision timeline and authority boundary.
Discovery, paid consultation, pilot discussion or decline.
Scope, fee, contracting party and payment / procurement route.
Scheduling link is released only after the commercial gate is satisfied.
Consultation or scoped pilot work under the agreed boundary.
Close, follow-up, technical brief, validation work or pilot expansion.
The same principle applies commercially as technically: a capability is not granted authority before the boundary is understood. BPM qualifies advisory and pilot work before booking and payment instructions are issued.
bpm.ba does not request card numbers, bank credentials or payment-account secrets. Accepted engagements receive formal invoicing or payment instructions separately.
If your organisation requires vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contracting review or other procurement steps, state that in the engagement brief so the path can be designed before scheduling.
Choose the route you think fits. BPM can reclassify it after reviewing the mission.
