Privacy

Minimal data by default.

This static website is designed to function without account registration, advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.

Website data

The public site does not use a hosted form backend. Qualification forms are assembled locally in the visitor’s browser and open the visitor’s email application; the website itself does not transmit the completed form to a third-party form service. Standard hosting infrastructure may still process technical request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested path for security and service operation.

Email contact

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed for correspondence, business communication and follow-up relating to your request.

Gate 0 context

Gate 0 appears before entry to the site for a new browser session. The underlying site remains unavailable to interaction until you choose a path or explicitly select “Skip and explore freely.” By default, the four non-personal selections and resulting path stay only in session storage for that browser session. On the result screen you may explicitly opt in to “Remember my path on this device.” If you do, the same non-personal Gate 0 profile is stored in this browser’s local storage until you change or forget it. A later visit presents a returning-visitor confirmation rather than treating the saved profile as a new Gate 0 decision. Completing or saving Gate 0 does not transmit those selections to BPM RED Academy. If you later continue to a contact or consultation form, transfer of Gate 0 context into an email brief remains off by default and requires a separate explicit inclusion choice.

Third-party services

The initial site does not intentionally embed third-party analytics, ad networks or social tracking pixels. This notice should be updated if such services are later introduced.

Lead reference and attribution

Engage and technical intake can generate a non-sensitive BPM-ENQ reference in your browser. Source, medium, campaign, intent, ref and topic values may be read from the page URL to prefill context. These values are not sent to an analytics service, are not stored in cookies or local storage, and enter a brief only when you explicitly create, copy, download or choose to email that brief.

Local brief actions

Preview, copy and .txt download actions are performed in your browser. A downloaded brief is saved to your device. The website does not upload that file. Opening an email draft is also an explicit visitor action; your selected email provider then processes the message under its own terms.

Language access

Translation is opt-in.

The canonical site is published in English. The language selector does not load a third-party translation script on bpm.ba. If you choose a translated language, your browser is directed to an external machine-translation provider and that provider receives the public page URL. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information into external translation services.

Public evidence

Evidence and research pages are designed to disclose claims, boundaries, methods, selected results and limitations without requiring publication of credentials, customer data, protected topology, private orchestration logic or internal risk thresholds.

Evidence does not expand authority

Viewing, sharing or linking to a public evidence page does not grant access to private systems, technical environments, customer records or controlled evidence packages.
